A BR Derby-built class 108 2-car set with E56191 leading passes the remote cabin at Crabley Creek shortly before a heavy downpour on 5th April 1983. The box is situated between Brough and Gilberdyke and the train is a York to Hull service. Syd Young.

I got very wet taking this one, and then still had to bike to Brough to get home! A Class 123/124 4-car hybrid with E52100 leading races towards Brough and Hull through a rain shower at Crabley Creek on 5th April 1983. Syd Young.
